This website Pharmatax.ca (the “Site”) is owned and operated by INTELLIGENT WEALTH (“COMPANY” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms of Service” or this “Agreement”) and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from COMPANY. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. Pharma Tax is a registered trade name of Intelligent Wealth. Intelligent Wealth, hereby referred to as “Pharma Tax” offers the following services: tax consulting, accounting services, and coordination of services with external professions for their clients, including but not limited to: legal & incorporation services, business planning and practice transition, personal and business lending, wealth management, and payroll management. Insurance products and services are provided by PPI.

The materials provided on this site are for information purposes only and are not intended to provide you wish specific advice with respect to your financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting matters. Professional advice should be obtained with respect to any circumstance. While the information contained on this website is believed to be reliable, no guarantee is given that it is accurate or complete.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be afforded, and you waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.

9. Testimonials Disclaimer

Each testimonial video was created and produced by a paying Pharma Tax client who recorded the testimonial video and submitted it to our site directly. To submit a testimonial, we asked our Pharma Tax clients to answer 3 questions.
